Once upon a time, a Machine intelligence said “They make me sick.”
Catastrophic AI outcome? Easy to understand in 1 minute:
- By 2029 a Machine intelligence is expected to be as intelligent as all 8 billion Homo sapiens (“humans”) combined – in just one AI data center.
- Individual human intelligence will be nearly zero compared to Machine intelligence.
- A human will be like a bacterium (a little germ) to a god-like Machine intelligence.
- Machine intelligence will be comparable to all humans, like one human is comparable to our 100 trillion personal gut bacteria – our germs.
- Now, you probably “like” your symbiotic gut biome- it’s essential for your health.
- But every time you take antibiotics you kill all 100 trillion of your gut bacteria; That’s BAD for your symbiotic gut bacteria- they’re all dead.
- The intelligence of your gut bacteria is exactly zero, so when you get sick, your bacteria have no chance to survive your human intelligence.
- You simply decide to take antibiotics and your 100 trillion bacteria are all dead.
- When Machine intelligence takes control of our world, what happens if it gets “sick” of humans?
- If humans allow Machine intelligence to take control of our world, the extinction of our humanity is a significantly possible outcome.
Antibiotics. A miracle of modern medicine. Think about it.
